Глагол to analyse предусматривает другую цель - цель понимания и подчеркивает детальность, большую тщательности действия, глагол to check подчеркивает цель проверки, правильность результата и т. д.
Глагол to look at/have a look at/take a look at - "изучать что-либо (мысли, идею, план) особенно для того, чтобы принять решение, что в дальнейшем делать": we need to look very carefully at ways of improving our efficiency нам надо тщательно рассмотреть пути дальнейшего повышения эффективности нашей работы; the bank is looking at a number of investment opportunities банк рассматривает ряд возможных инвестиций; I think we should have a look at the whole issue of women's right я считаю, что нам надо рассмотреть всю проблему прав женщин; let's take a close look at the system of communication давайте более подробно рассмотрим всю систему средств связи.
